ACET Web Dashboard
Oceaneering's Asset Integrity Division in the USA is piloting a new web portal capable of displaying ACET data online. The site is a client-oriented portal providing the clients with centralised access to their equipment inspection records and findings. The site features menus and search functions for improved navigation of the Integrity Division programs and services.
The portal represents Oceaneering’s ongoing commitment to making information readily accessible to our clients. This provides clients with an up-to-date visibility of the condition of their facilities for inspection requirements, in addition to awareness of issues to be addressed. The data available consists of, but is not limited to, the following;
• Equipment Design Details
• Inspection data at measurement location level, showing thickness readings, inspection dates, remaining life, next due inspection
• High level anomaly indicators
• Inspection findings history
• Equipment isometrics
• Inspection photographs
The site is hosted on Oceaneering’s corporate Data Centre in Maryland and the data on the site is synchronised with the ACET databases via automated scripts scheduled to run on a nightly basis. This replicates the entire facility status from ACET as of close of business the previous day.
In addition to viewing their information, the clients can download facility and equipment information as a PDF file, which collates several screens into a single report package.
ACET clients who are benefiting from this service today include; SM Energy, Stone Energy, Talos and Tarpon.
